DealAmigo - Baby Steps
Through my experience talking to salespeople, I noticed the diverse needs across different sales roles. Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and Business Development Reps (BDRs), for instance, rely on tools requiring data warehousing and complex “If This Then That” workflows. I knew tackling data warehousing was more than I wanted to take on, and the market for workflow tools was already crowded.
So, I shifted my focus to the Account Executive role and delved into Digital Sales Rooms and Sales Enablement tools. Around this time, Google began tightening its policies around email deliverability, flagging emails with tracking pixels as spam. This presented a unique opportunity—a chance to build something that could address these emerging challenges. And that’s how DealAmigo began to take shape.
